Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Larry W. Cooksey of Monticello, KY. was arrested for terroristic threatening-3rd degree and assault-4th degree (domestic violence)- minor injury.
Justin R. Poore of Stearns, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to pay child support as ordered. Poore was also arrested on 3 McCreary County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charges of menacing, resisting arrest, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure of non -owner to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and traffic violations.
Cooksey and Poore were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
