Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
William Perdue of Monticello, KY. was arrested after a traffic stop for careless driving, possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Perdue was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
