Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Rocky Shelton of Monticello, KY. was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Shelton was also arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of possession of marijuana.
Douglas A. Daniels of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and non-payment of courts costs, fees or fines. Daniels was also arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of 2 counts of non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Shelton and Daniels were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
