Jerry Perkins, 37, was arrested Thursday evening Feb 13) at 8:10 p.m. in the parking lot of the Beaver Food Mart/Sunoco on North Main Street by Sgt. Josh Smith.
Perkins was taken into custody on three warrants for failing to appear in Wayne District Court.
Perkins was also charged with Trafficking in Marijuana after Sgt. Smith discovered several baggies of Marijuana during the search of the vehicle Perkins was in.
Perkins was processed and lodged in the Wayne County detention center.
