Andres Vasquez of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Richard Lyons of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for being a fugitive from another state.
Juan Flores of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for assault-4th degree.
Jeramie C. Graham of Russell Springs, KY. was arrested on 4 Probation Violation Russell County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for 3 counts if trafficking in a control substance-1st degree (2 counts of greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine and 1 count of trafficking in a controlled substance less than 2 grams), possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
