Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Shawn Truesdell of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest that was obtained by Deputy James Barnett for the charges of criminal mischief-1st degree, leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance and failure to register a transfer of a motor vehicle.
Truesdell was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
