This serves as a quick overview of the previous date’s calls for service. It does not include every detail related to each incident or traffic stop.
The following activity occurred from 12:01 a.m. – 11:59 p.m. Sunday, January 19, 2025.
1:06 a.m. – Domestic dispute apartment on South Main Street. Verbal only.
1:10 a.m. – Prowler complaint Limestone Street.
1:14 a.m. – Prowler complaint Virgil Street.
1:23 a.m. – Prowler complaint Harrison Avenue. Three juveniles located, parents contacted.
6:18 a.m. – Church security checks, extra patrol overnight: Christian Life Fellowship, Newtown Baptist and First Church of the Nazarene. All secure, no issues discovered.
10:35 a.m. – Criminal Mischief complaint Fair Street.
12:07 p.m. – Two-vehicle, non-injury collision parking lot of Hickey Funeral Home.
2:01 p.m. – Commercial alarm Don Franklin Motors. All doors and windows secure.
3:34 p.m. – Report of suspicious acting male on Harper Drive. Description provided. ATL, negative contact.
3:57 p.m. – Traffic stop North Main Street.
4:34 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint semi-truck on KY 90 bypass. Officer observed truck, driving okay.
8:35 p.m. – Report of suspicious activity, several persons in a vehicle that has been in the parking lot of the House of Blessings on South First Street. Officer Casey Lang made two arrests on active warrants and drug possession. Michelle Winningham, 51, and Charles Neal, 57, both charged with P/C/S (meth) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Neal was also served with two warrants for failure to pay fines in Clinton District Court.
11:00 p.m. – Check of community warming center (Mt. Fellowship Church).
