The Monticello Utility Commission is accepting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative. Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent; and have strong communication & computer skills.
Job functions include but are not limited to: opening and maintaining customer accounts, processing customer payments, filing, handling customer complaints, adjusting customer accounts & managing large amounts of incoming calls.
