Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Austin Foster of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, no operator’s license, traffic violations and persistent felony offender-1st degree.
Foster was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
The Wayne County Sheriff Office also served Jessie Hicks of Monticello, KY. with a Wayne County District Court Criminal Summons for 2 counts of failure to appear on citations for misdemeanor charges.
Hicks was given a court date to appear.
