Probable cause has been found in the case against Joseph Fulton, who is charged with murder, arson, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with physical evidence in connection with the death of his mother earlier this month.
Fulton appeared in front of District Judge, Scarlett Lathem who determined the case will be sent to the local grand jury to determine if an indictment will be handed down.
