Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Jacob T. Sumpter of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid.
Ricky R. Dautrich of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charge of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.
Sumpter was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Dautrich was released from custody after posting a Bond.
