Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Scotty Spradlin of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Staci B. Conn of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree–2nd or grater offense (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and 2 counts of probation violation (for felony offense).
Eric Rhule of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property ($10,000.00 or more) and 2 counts of probation violation (for felony offense).
Abelino Acabal of Monticello, KY. was arrested for no operator’s license, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance and multiple traffic violations.
All were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
