A pre-trial conference in the case of Willard Upchurch was to have been held Tuesday; however it was rescheduled for July 7th at 10AM.
Upchurch was indicted in October of 2024 on a charge of murder, tampering with physical evidence, and three counts of wanton endangerment. Special Judge David L. Williams is overseeing the case.
