Run Report 8/18/24
Monticello Fire Department responded to two calls for service Sunday.
#1 the department responded to a motor vehicle incident on Hwy 1619. Personnel arrived on scene and then cleared due to the vehicle being off the roadway and no injuries.
#2 firefighters were returning from the first incident on Hwy 1619 when the department was dispatched to Hwy 3284 for a rollover accident. Personnel assisted the occupants by assessing injuries. Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and Wayne County EMS were also on scene. Personnel stayed on scene until the wrecker service pulled the vehicle out of the ditch line and assisted with traffic control.
