Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Jessie Evans of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Defendant Left Rehab Violating Bond Conditions on the underlying charges of assault-4th degree, kidnapping-adult, intimidating a participant in the legal process, wanton endangerment-1st degree, menacing, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine)-enhancement, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Evans was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
