Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Zachary McGuire of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
McGuire remained lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
