Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Christopher M. Bolen of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Pulaski County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for bail jumping-1st degree. Bolen was also arrested on 3 Pulaski County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for Violation of Bond Orders and failure to appear on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), abandonment of a minor, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, driving without a license/negligence in an accident, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, no operator’s license and traffic violations.
Camelia Bertram of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for assault-4th degree (dating violence) and menacing.
Sarah E. Lee of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Warren County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charges of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to use child restraint device in a vehicle, no registration receipt and a traffic violation.
Bolen and Bertram were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Lee was released from custody after posting a Bond.
The Wayne County Sheriff Office also served Austin Dishman of Monticello, KY. with a Clinton County District Court Criminal Complaint Summons for criminal trespassing-3rd degree.
Dishman was given a court date to appear.
