Oven Canning is Not Safe
Oven canning is the process of filling glass jars with food and then putting them in a heated oven for an hour or longer. This type of canning is not safe as the food inside the jars will not reach a high enough temperature to ensure a safe product. It does not matter the temperature of the oven or how long you leave the jars in the oven. Dry oven heat simply bakes the food inside the jar. It does not preserve it. Oven canning is not recommended for any foods.
