One vehicle was on its top and the driver was stuck inside, leading crews to set up stabilization to shore the vehicle.

Once stabilized, the department said crews were able to force open the passenger compartment door to gain access.

Two people were taken to the hospital, and crews remained on scene blocking traffic and doing roadway cleanup.
