Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Cody Phillips of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for assault-4th degree (domestic violence).
Phillips was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
