Sothy Sar of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for criminal abuse-1st degree (child 12 years of age or younger).
Nget Cheng of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for criminal abuse-1st degree (child 12 years of age or younger).
Joseph Reynolds of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for bail jumping-1st degree.
