Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Jamie N. Spradlin of Monticello, KY. was arrested for theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting.
Draven D. Barnhouse of Monticello, KY. was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, no operator’s license, failure to produce an insurance card and a traffic violation.
Ricky Cross Sr. of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), operating a motor vehicle with expired operator’s license and a traffic violation.
