Welcome to the Cardinals Family, Coach Dylan Parmley! 
We are excited to officially welcome Dylan, a Wayne County alumnus, to the Wayne County Cardinals Basketball coaching staff for the 2026-2027 season!
Coach Parmley will serve as an Assistant Coach working across Freshman, JV, and Varsity, where he will play a key role in player development, skill instruction, game preparation, and scouting. His passion for basketball, knowledge of the game, and commitment to developing young men make him a tremendous addition to our program.
