Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Tracy Casada of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place-(third or greater offense in 12 months).
Casada was released from custody after posting a Bond.
