Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Christopher J. Thompson of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court.
Kassandra Smith of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court.
Justin K. Hicks of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Child Support Hearing.
Bradley L. Foster of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place and disorderly conduct-2nd degree.
Dennis E. Kempton of Alpha, KY. was arrested on 2 Clinton County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for Probation Violation and failure to appear on the underlying charge of burglary-3rd degree. Kempton was also arrested on a Clinton County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for fleeing or evading Police-3rd degree.
Christopher Guffey of Albany, Ky. was arrested on a Clinton County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charge of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine)-(Pre-Trial Diversion).
Thompson, Smith, Hicks, Foster, Kempton and Guffey were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
