Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Douglas A. Daniels of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Brenda L. Rylah of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Motion to Revoke Hearing on the underlying charge of failure of owner to maintain required insurance.
Daniels was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Rylah was released from custody after posting a Bond.
