Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Michael E. Munger of Lilburn, GA was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for criminal mischief-1st degree, theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($10,000.00 or more and theft by deception-including cold checks (under $10,000.00). Munger was also arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Continued First Appearance on the underlying charge of unlawful transaction with a minor.
Munger was released from custody after posting a $10,025.00 Bond.
