Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Dale Ellis of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for assault-2nd degree.
Jimmy Massengale of Albany, Ky. was arrested on a Clinton County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for terroristic threatening-2nd degree and menacing.
Ellis was released from custody after posting a Bond. Massengale was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
The Wayne County Sheriff Office also served Tony A. Wallace II with a Wayne County District Court Criminal Complaint Summons for terroristic threatening-3rd degree.
Wallace was given a court date to appear.
