Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Brenda Combs oof Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Arraignment on the underlying charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place, menacing and disorderly conduct-2nd degree.
Combs was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.

Randy Cooper of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for assault-3rd degree (on Police or Probation Officer), assault-3rd degree (on Healthcare Provider), menacing, fleeing or evading Police-2nd degree, criminal mischief-2nd degree, public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol), disorderly conduct-1st degree and resisting arrest.
Johnnie Sweet of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and persistent felony offender-2nd degree.
Harold McGarry of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation.
