Terry Daniels, 38, was arrested Sunday (Oct 20) at approximately 9:50 p.m. in the Walmart Plaza by Officers Jeramy Thompson and Casey Lang. Daniels was charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, Menacing and Disorderly Conduct and was also served with a Wayne District Court warrant for contempt of court.
John Calvin Garner, 53, was arrested Wednesday (Oct 23) at approximately 6:45 p.m. on Homestead Lane by Sgt. Josh Smith. Garner was charged with DUI, Criminal Mischief and Failure to Produce Insurance Card and was also served with a Wayne District Court warrant for Disorderly Conduct.
Daniels and Garner were processed and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
