Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Joanna Barnes of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and disorderly conduct-2nd degree. Barnes was also arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting.
Barnes was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
Leah Duncan of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Kentucky Parole Board Parole Violation Warrant of Arrest for absconding parole supervision, failure to complete treatment for substance abuse, use of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and failure to report to Parole Officer as directed.
Casey Coyle of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Melissa Schaade of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of 2 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (less than 100 drug unspecified on each count).
Akeia J. Hutchinson of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Bond Violation on the underlying charges of Contempt of Court, possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), 2 counts of wanton endangerment and traffic violations.
Lola M. Brophy of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Brophy was also arrested on a Wayne County District Court Compliant Warrant of Arrest for criminal trespassing-3rd degree and theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
Duncan, Coyle, Schaade, Hutchinson and Brophy were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
