Monticello Police Chief, Joey Hoover reports these arrests
Jimmy Dale Massengale, 52, was arrested at 2:21 p.m. Tuesday (Sep 17) near the intersection of South Main Street & Albertson Street by Officer Mike Neal. Massengale was charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and Disorderly Conduct.
Jeffrey Johnson, 64, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday (Sep 18) on Michigan Avenue by Sgt. Josh Smith and Officer Mike Neal. Johnson was charged with Indecent Exposure. An additional charge is forthcoming.
Robert Johnson, 56, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. Wednesday (Sep 18) on Michigan Avenue by Sgt. Josh Smith and Officer Mike Neal. Johnson was taken into custody on a warrant for failure to appear in Johnson District Court.
All three were processed and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
