Soldiers with “B” Battery left at 7 am Sunday morning, departing for Southwest Asia where they’ll be stationed for nine months. A great crowd was on hand to bid them goodbye along City Streets, and a ceremony was held in their honor Saturday where Congressman Hal Rogers and other dignitaries gave comments. It’s hoped the group will be home in mid-October.
