(WKYT) – A Somerset woman was sentenced to more than seven years in prison on federal drug distribution charges last Wednesday.
Tiffany Helton, 43, met with an undercover informant to sell methamphetamine on three occasions between December 2025 and January 2026.
In January, Helton accepted payment from the informant and traveled to Lexington to obtain the drug. After doing so, she returned home and provided 56 ounces of methamphetamine.
