Law enforcement located and arrested a wanted fugitive from out-of-state who was staying on a houseboat at Holmes Bend Marina in Adair County. The individual was wanted on felony warrants for making false statements to government officials and multiple counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and will face extradition.
