(WKYT) – Kentucky Utilities is experiencing technical issues on Wednesday afternoon.
In an alert sent to customers, KU said that the issues are impacting several customer service systems, including phone and email.
For emergencies, customers are asked to call 911, and for gas-related emergencies, they are asked to call (502) 627-4816.
Customers can find available information and updates on social media and on the company’s website.
The company says customers will be notified when systems are restored.
