(WKYT) – Former Bardstown Police Officer Nick Houck was granted a relocation for his trial in relation to perjury allegations.

The venue change was ordered Aug. 11, moving the trial from Nelson County to Owen County.
Houck is charged with perjury following accusations of lying under oath during the investigation into the 2015 disappearance of Crystal Rogers.
