Cody Dunagan of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charges of failure of owner to maintain required insurance, no operator’s license, and a traffic violation.
Shawn M. Alexander of Whitley City, KY. was arrested on a McCreary County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear/ failure to pay on the underlying charge of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine)-(Pre-Trial Diversion). Alexander was also arrested on a McCreary County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charges of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to have license in possession and for traffic violations.
Roberts, Hardwick, Burris, Dunagan, and Alexander were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
