(WKYT) – An early morning fire sent a firefighter to the hospital on Wednesday in Boyle County.
The Boyle County Fire Department responded to a fire on Church Road in the Parksville community around 1:12 a.m.
Crews found a residence with heavy smoke and flames visible and were on the scene putting the fire out for several hours.
One Boyle County firefighter was sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries but was later released.
No other injuries were reported.
