(WKYT) – The VA announced the signing of a lease for the new Franklin County Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Frankfort.
The VA says this step is aimed at increasing access to health care for veterans in the area by expanding outpatient healthcare services.
“Improved facilities, equipment and infrastructure mean better care for Veterans,” says Phil Christy, VA’s chief acquisition officer. “This new leased facility will significantly enhance access, expand capacity and ensure Veterans receive the high-quality care and services.”
The clinic is planned to be around 20,751 square feet in size with 120 parking spaces.
