The Monticello Tourism Commission met Tuesday for their regular monthly session. A discussion regarding turf being placed on two fields at the park was postponed for a future meeting. Members approved a $2,500 sponsorship for the Wayne County Middle School Girls Basketball conference tournament.
There was also an executive session with no action taken.
