Zebadiah Ford of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court indictment Warrant of Arrest for 2 counts of wanton endangerment-1st degree, and assault-4th degree (domestic violence.
Crabtree was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Ford was released from custody after posting a Bond.
