(WKYT) – The area of U.S. 127 that runs through Lincoln County is reduced to one lane for guardrail replacement.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says work is taking place on northbound U.S. 127 between Carl Russell Street (mile point 4.5) and the Boyle County line (mile point 10.6).
Temporary traffic signals are in place both northbound and southbound during the lane closure, according to the KYTC.
The KYTC says work is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, but may be adjusted depending on weather and other circumstances.
