(WKYT) – Gov. Andy Beshear is following a White House proclamation and has ordered that all flags at government buildings in Kentucky be lowered to half-staff to honor the late South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham.
They will remain that way until 6 p.m. local time on July 18.
The governor has encouraged individuals, businesses and organizations across Kentucky to join in the tribute.
Graham passed away this past Saturday.
