On July 7,2026, at approximately 9:30 pm  Deputy Allen Cash was dispatched to a residence located on Spring Drive for the complaint. Upon Deputy Cash arriving at that residence he made contact with the female. The female then stated her car title had been stolen and that people were hacking her phone and taken pictures of her while she was in the shower.

Deputy Cash then started speaking to roommates of the female outside the residence with them stating she had been acting strangely over the last several days and they believed she was using some type of illegal drugs. While speaking with the roommates, the female began yelling at all of them. Based on her actions Deputy Cash attempted to take her into custody and while doing so she fled on foot. After a short foot pursuit Deputy Cash was able to caught up with her and then took her into custody. While doing so the female started struggling with Deputy Cash in attempt to break free.

Deputy Cash charged and arrested Charlotte Miller of Monticello, KY. for public intoxication-controlled substance  (excludes  alcohol), resisting arrest, disorderly conduct-2nd degree, and fleeing or evading Police-2nd degree (on foot).
