(WYMT) – Police and loved ones continue to look for a man that’s been missing for nearly four months.
London police say Frankie “Frank” Garland, 35, was last seen February 17th at the Red Roof Inn in London.
He was wearing a white shirt, a Carhartt jacket, and gray sweatpants.
