(WKYT) – Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman will hold a draw on Tuesday to determine which 12 counties will get an additional review of their electoral proceedings.
The reviews are required by state law.
In each county, investigators from the Kentucky Department of Criminal Investigations will speak with election officials, interview voters and review documents.
Then the attorney general’s special prosecutions division will present a report to a grand jury in each selected county.
Kentuckians may report any suspected election law violations to the attorney general’s election fraud hotline at (800) 328-8683 or online here.
