Early registration fees are set at $10 for Beautiful Baby, Tiny Miss, Mini Miss, and Tiny Mister divisions; $40 for Little Mister and Miss couples; $30 for Pre‑Teen and Teen; and $60 for Miss Wayne County Fair and Ms./Mrs. categories. After June 20, those fees rise to $20 for the younger divisions, $60 for Little Mister and Miss, and $50 for Pre‑Teen and Teen. The Miss Wayne County Fair and Ms./Mrs. divisions remain at $60 regardless of registration date.
Organizers emphasize that no registration will be accepted on the day of the pageant, and the final deadline for all entries is June 25 at 5:00 p.m.
Age divisions are carefully defined. The Baby category includes five groups ranging from 2 months to 36 months. Tiny Miss covers girls ages 3 to 4 years, 11 months, and 29 days; Mini Miss includes girls ages 5 to 7 years, 6 months; and Tiny Mister is for boys ages 3 to 4 years, 11 months, and 29 days. Little Mister and Miss contestants must be 5 years old on June 30 and not yet 8. The Pre‑Teen division is for those age 8 on June 30 but not 13 by October 31, while Teen contestants must be 13 and not yet 16 by October 31.
