Amended Judgement handed down in Circuit Court

An amended judgment was handed down in the case of the Commonwealth vs Zachary Smith.  Smith entered a guilty plea to charges of; fleeing or evading police, wanton endangerment, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a controlled substance.  He was sentenced by judge Sara Beth Gregory to a total of 5 years to serve concurrently with a sentence imposed in a separate case.
