(WKYT) – The teen arrested in connection with last month’s deadly Berea bank shooting has been indicted, according to a release from the U.S. Attorneys Office.

A federal grand jury indicted Brailen Weaver this afternoon on one count of attempted armed bank robbery and two counts of causing death with a firearm in the course of a crime of violence.
The grand jury also returned special findings that make Weaver eligible for the death penalty if he is convicted.
